• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity.
• No account activity for an extended period (12 months).
• At the member's own request.

Mbx96 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified via their registered mobile number or in-app notification.

Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request account closure.

The Bengali version of these terms and conditions is the authoritative text. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute, mbx96's interpretation shall be considered final.
